The "QLIMAQ C-Series" is a surface treatment process using CVD. Gas containing the constituent elements of a thin film is fed into a high-temperature reaction furnace, where energy such as heat, light, and electromagnetic waves is applied to excite or decompose it. Through adsorption, reaction, and dissociation on the product surface, a thin film is deposited.
